| We are an active, educational, casual & social Barn! We are also CONSTANTLY improving!! Together we: Have Movie Nights, watch training videos, travel to shows & educational clinics, we compete in shows regionally and across the country, we haul to Bradley Palmer (1/2 hr. From our farm), we trail ride to Rockport & Gloucester Beaches, and celebrate holidays and other occasions. We take advantage of all chances to have fun with and better ourselves with horses! The horse's journey is just as important as ours. |

Full Board : Full use/rights to the facility, daily turnout/in ~ All day turnout (generally 10 hours) sometimes back out at night in summers. Quality feed and hay 3x/day is included, winter blanketing, applying fly spray, dispensing supplements in feed at no extra charge, hosing down your horse to cool off on very hot summer days, bringing in early if flies get bad, stall fans, heated water buckets, heated outdoor ice free water buckets, and night checks including dispensing extra hay on very cold nights. $785.00 per month. |
SemiRough Board : Full use/rights to the facility, daily turnout/in ~ All day (generally 8-10 hrs) sometimes back out at night in summers. Quality feed and hay 3x/day is included, applying fly spray, hosing down your horse to cool off on very hot summer days, bringing in early if flies get bad, heated outdoor ice free water buckets, and night checks including dispensing extra hay on very cold nights. Horse owner is responsible for own stall maintenance, supply own shavings & maintenance of water buckets. Dispensing extra feed/supplements fee $15 per month, product supplied by horse owner. $565.00/month. |
TRAINING/LESSON DISCOUNT FOR BOARDERS AND FULL LEASE STUDENTS All Boarders can TAKE $50.00 OFF their monthly training session. Lessons for boarders are $150 for 4 lessons per month. This averages out to just $37.50 per lesson versus the $65 and $50 rates for non boarders! * New * Rough Board: Rent box stall ONLY with full use of indoor riding arena and the facility along with daily turnout. ALL other horse care such as daily feeding, daily turn out/in, cleaning your own paddock, waters in stall and in the turnout is all the responsibility of horse owner. Farm management not to care for, touch, or handle boarder's horse. $325/month Lunch feeds ~ service optional: $25/month. Horse owner supplies the lunch hay and we'll feed your horse lunch every afternoon while we feed the others. Or $50/month we supply lunch hay and feed lunch daily. |
BOARD REQUIREMENTS: Our philosophy: Being with horses is a lifetime of learning and growing for all of us. * All boarders must be in a lesson program. You may take lessons with us on one of our horses or on yours and receive a healthy discount, or you may bring in your own licensed & insured trainer (that trainer must make arrangements with management), or go to your trainer elsewhere! * All horses coming in to our farm need a negative Coggins and a Rabies Certificate. * We'd also appreciate references upon coming in to our farm. |
