DUKE teaches a student to jump |
| DUKE Has been one of our full-time, super quiet lesson horses that teaches all levels of riders. He is 15.2h, solid chestnut with white blaze and socks, QH/Appaloosa and approximately 16 yrs of age (DOB unknown). He has been in our lesson program for beginners - advanced. He's quiet enough to babysit a beginner and talented enough for an advanced rider. Has show miles and always takes home the blues! He Goes English and Western, jumps 3', and will turn on haunches, side passes, half passes, and comes round. He's not a plug, but is kick to go safe! Comfy to ride! Graduated level II Parelli. Excellent feet, easy keeper an easy weight gainer, always sound, healthy good boy, not complicated. Duke is versatile for whatever the rider wants, he aims to please. He can be a Family horse, lesson horse, a husband-safe horse and is a great hunter/jumper! He trail rides best with others and also turns out well alone or with others. He has always been sound in the 4.5 years that we've owned him. A Must See! |

| BAYBERRY - A WINNING SHOW PONY! A blood bay, gelding, registered Quarter horse, DOB: June 15, 1997. Scenic Pat My Tee, Sire: Brinks Perfecto Te, Dam: Scenic Zippa Patstar Bayberry is a very large, stocky pony that is a great size for kids and small adults. He walk, trots, canters, no bucks or nonsense. Flying lead girls showing him at our home and also travel shows, kids ranging in ages from 8-13 years old, beginner to intermediates, show him. Bayberry is a full time school pony here at the farm and an easy keeper. He is very polite with impeccable ground manners, he gets along well with others in turnout, he has always been sound and healthy - Excellent feet, no shoes needed. He's a barn favorite! He can be a Family horse, terrific show and lesson pony, husband-safe horse and is a great hunter/jumper! |

Registered Appaloosa - Champion in showmanship, Equitation, Senior trail, and also Western pleasure ~ earned SUPERIOR EVENT HORSE. He's Quiet and a laid back boy with TONS of talent. He has excellent ground manners is responsive and quiet while riding or handling on the ground. He is a GREAT "babysitter" and teacher. He has an EXTENSIVE SHOW RECORD and is currently used in a summer camp program babysitting beginner riders. He's excellent for farrier, vet, bathing, hauling, trail riding, and ring work. Stands tied all day long. Turns out well with others or alone. Chip is an excellent walk/trot horse for teaching young and "older" students how to ride - Anyone can ride him. Arthritis prevents him from canter/loping. Temperment scale: (1 being dead calm and 10 being super hot) Chip is a 2, Very calm most often. Contract sale/First Refusal Required. |
